Good price-quality ratio

A great base for exploring the Halkidiki region by car. You can park your car in a field right in front of the apartment. Nice, quiet apartment and best of all, a spacious balcony with a stunning sea view. The beach is a short distance away and there are a couple of grocery stores and restaurants/cafes nearby.

Small and impractical bathroom. The area itself is not very attractive, but if you are traveling by car, it is not a problem.

Exceptional

Great service! The owners have left us wine, water, juice and a nice sweet bread for the New Year eve. We had. Big terrace with a sea view. We also had TV with Netflix in the living room and the bedroom.

Aegean seaside apartment

Beautiful locaction. Great view of the Aegean Sea. Conveniently located a few blocks from the beach.Very comfotable. The hosts did a nice job of providing all the accomodations we needed. Very clean.

The window screens are in need of repair especially the bedroom and bathroom. The owners had the windows open to air the place out before got there and we had a problem with mosquitoes for the first couple nights until some friends of our gave us a room fogger to plug into the outlet in our room and we bought a fly swatter.

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment, with the sea view

I heartily recommend staying in this apartment. We spent a very nice time there. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV in the living room and bedroom, a comfortable couch in the living room, a large dining table in the living room, and even larger on a very large, sun-protected balcony. The building is in the second line of the buildings, but there is a sea view from the balcony. Meals on this balcony are unforgettable. There is a place to park your car at the entrance. We were in the upper apartment, the lower one has worse views, but it has a garden and a small grill :) There is 200 meters to the beasch along the path between the trees. The beach is very nice, very long and secluded. We were completely alone during our vacation in May :) The owner of the house is a very nice person, she helped us organize a sun umbrella, and when we were moving in answered all our questions.

Ήσυχη τοποθεσία, όμορφο διαμέρισμα, φιλική οικοδέσποινα.

H τοποθεσία πολύ καλή με όμορφη θέα, η οικοδέσποινα φιλική και εξυπηρετική μας πρότεινε εκδρομές και εστιατόρια και ενδιαφερόταν για την διαμονή μας. Επισής φρόντισε να μας παραδοθεί νωρίτερα το δωμάτιο, θα θέλαμε λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα της κουζίνας, ντουλάπια και σκεύη, αλλά μάλλον ο χρόνος δεν επαρκούσε. Επιπλέον εξυπνη κίνηση να παρέχει στους επισκέπτες κάποια είδη για το πρωινό. Μεγάλο συν για την οικογένεια μας το άνετο μπαλκόνι, τα δυο κλιματιστικά και οι τηλεοράσεις.

Θα ήθελε λίγο πιο άνετο μπάνιο το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα, φαίνεται ότι όλα σε αυτό έχουν φτιαχτεί με μεράκι και με όμορφο γούστο, έστω μια κρεμάστρα στο χωλ για τις πετσέτες και μια πετσέτα ή χαλάκι για τα νερά στην έξοδο του μπανιου θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμα. Δυστυχώς η περιοχή όπως μας ενημέρωσαν έχει πρόβλημα με το νερό και την τελευταία νύχτα μείναμε χωρίς καθόλου νερό για πάρα πολλές ώρες. Εαν μπορέσουμε να ξαναρθουμε θα πρέπει να έχουμε εφοδιαστεί σχετικά.

Endroit magnifique avec un bâtiment à hauteur des attentes.

La vue depuis la salle à manger est exceptionnelle. Nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin et la dame était là pour nous accueillir.

Tout était en ordre.
