COSY APARTMENT

The apartment offers very good value for money. It is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would especially recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter place and who doesn’t mind staying a bit further from the city centre. The Old Town is about a 35-minute walk away, or you can take a bus, although Uber/Bolt did not work very reliably during my stay. The location is convenient if you want to be closer to the beach and the bus station — it is about 15 minutes on foot to a nice beach (Karma) and also around 15 minutes to the main bus station. The building and the surrounding area were calm and quiet. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are no mosquito nets, so if you want to keep the windows open at night, it is useful to have Raid or something similar. If you plan to cook a little, I would suggest bringing a small amount of salt and pepper, so you don’t have to buy large packages. Basic kitchenware, including pots and a pan, was available, and cooking oil and dish soap were provided. Otherwise, there is a small supermarket right opposite the apartment, and a larger Interspar near the bus station. Overall, I had a very good experience. I visited before the main season, so Zadar was still relatively peaceful. I would book this apartment again. :)

Poloha bytu bola velmi dobra, vsade do 15 min pesi (Pristav, stanica, plaz, hypermarket) maly obchod 15 m od ubytovania, taktiez bankomat. Majitel a komunikacia s nim vyborna, byt mal vsetko co sme potrebovali, taktiez pracka velke plus pre nas dlhsi pobyt.

Klima obcas prestala komunikovat s dialkovym ovladacom, ale vzdy sa nam podarilo sparovat klimu s dialkovym ovladacom. Chybala sietka v spalni na okne. Kedze sme boli 2 hrnce nam boli velke, stacili by mensie.

Чисто, все необхідне для проживання було в апартаментах, близько супермаркет, до моря 18 хв.
