Geen groen voor de hondjes en geen uitlaat plekken

We had a wonderful vacation in August 2025 at Noel Apartments. First of all, I would like to point out that all the photos of the apartment fully correspond to reality. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary to make guests feel at home. The hosts live one floor above, which is very convenient, and you can reach out to them with any questions. I would also like to note that the accommodation is provided in perfect cleanliness and order. The hosts are very warm-hearted and pleasant people! Special thanks to Anita for the information about the beaches and places where you can enjoy delicious food. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the beach. For us, this was absolutely no problem, as we love walking. At the beaches, there are large stones when entering the water, so it is advisable to have coral shoes. However, people often clear small paths themselves, so you can easily walk into the sea over sand or fine pebbles. The water is crystal clear, pleasantly warm, and of an incredible color! Along the shore grow pine trees and cactuses, which create a beautiful panorama. We really liked the city of Zadar, especially its old town. In the evening, you can have a great time there listening to the Sea Organ, admiring the historic architecture, and of course, enjoying the many restaurants with traditional dishes. The apartment is very conveniently located, with various shops nearby, such as Aldi and a large shopping center. You can reach the city center with a pleasant 25–30 minute walk. This vacation left us with unforgettable impressions, and we are already planning to return to this apartment next year!

Everything set up exactly as it should be for this type of accomodation: you can find all basic household necessities, even most welcomed garlic and cooking oil (which is pretty rare). Everything is clean and tidy. Fireplace is great addition when you're visiting in the middle of winter, although AC is avaliable. Kid and pet friendliness (since it was Christmas time, kids were given gifts).

Neighbourhood type location in the middle of other households. Parking is spatious and surroundings is quiet, nevertheless.
