Enjoy your stay at a newly remodeled Kona studio apartment, located .5 a mile from the water and 1.5 mile away from famous Magic Sands Beach. Beautiful area to go Biking, Jogging and Walking. When you're not outside enjoying paradise, you have a kitchenette where you can whip up some great meals, a bathroom with shower, a smartTV, high speed Wi-Fi and a queen size bed. Laundry washer and dryer available (Requires Quarters).

This property is the best one in the area. Appears to be lower income area with multigenerational families or lots of friends living together. I walked back to the property after sunset and the neighbors I encountered were all friendly. This property has most everything you need except it has a screened only window in the bathroom. Unsure about that one. Especially for security and mildew concerns, which I saw none!

The property was clean and in a good location. The futon advertised for third person was actually a camp cot.

The unit is very clean. It is well supplied. It is one of 4 units in a residential area. My biggest issue is with noise and security. It is known to be noisy apparently as the management was kind enough to have a couple sets of ear plugs by the bedside. I could hear every conversation through the walls of the unit. Every step next door and every time they peed they slammed the toilet lid down. The entry door to our unit is a thin improvised hollow core interior door. It could be kicked in with ease. In short… a clean little unit that is well stocked but you won’t like it if security and quiet is important to you
