Recently renovated condo close to downtown Kailua-Kona. Two pools, one right on the ocean (saltwater pool) and one freshwater pool. BBQ area overlooking the ocean. Beach area where you can sit right next to the ocean and enjoy beautiful Kona sunsets! Enjoy light relaxing sounds of the ocean... No Street Noise! A perfect vacation getaway. Kona Trolley stops directly in front of the property. A ride to downtown or to Keauhou in an openair trolley along Alii Drive. Small convenience store in front for those last minute needs! Outstanding rental! Comfortable and clean, nice partial ocean view. Enjoyed both the salt and fresh water pools along with the sandy area along the rocky ocean front. Had an exceptionally well stocked, modern kitchen. Communication with Jackie was a breeze and she kept us well informed of everything that we needed to know. Great place in a nice complex.

It is always a pleasure to stay in your property. Kona is home away from homes. As we visit twice a year and Casa De Emdeko is home to us.

Quiet and peaceful! We absolutely loved the community and this condo had everything we needed:-) The terrace overlooking the pool and gardens was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.

The location is great! Very close to lots of attractions and lots of restaurants. The apt complex is a hidden gem. It has 2 swimming pools (fresh water and salt water) and a small beach to watch sunset. The view of the ocean is great! Check in is very smooth. The apartment is one bed room with 1 queen bed and another queen size sofa bed in the living room. Enough space for my family of 4. The outside locker space has everything to enjoy beach. We enjoyed the stay and will stay again.
