Our Apartment 22, furnished with an eye for detail, is located on the 1st floor of the building and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in just under 50 square meters. All rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture, as well as underfloor heating and exterior blinds.
The elegant living room features a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV. Arrive and feel right at home—our apartment will leave nothing to be desired during your stay.
Adjacent to the living area is the open, fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster.
The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, single-piece mattress) to ensure a restful night’s sleep and sweet dreams. A wardrobe is available for your vacation clothes.
The inviting bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a modern vanity with a large, illuminated mirror. A washing machine and a travel hair dryer are provided.
The apartment also features a spacious entryway with a small, separate storage closet.
From the living area, you can step out onto the beautiful east-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning and relax in the afternoon. The balcony is furnished with two comfortable chairs and a table.
You can safely park your car in the complex’s underground garage (max. height 2.00 m).
Please understand that smoking is not permitted on our premises. Unfortunately, pets must also stay at home.
