There is a sauna in the basement, which can be used for an additional fee. Each apartment has a designated parking space at the back of the building. The vacation apartments feature bright interiors, an open-concept living and dining area, a south-facing terrace or balcony, and a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet.

Welcome to Vacation Apartment No. 01 at Waldstraße 30. This lovingly furnished 2-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building. With 54 square meters of living space, it’s the perfect place for two people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. You’ll find a bright, open living and dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a south-facing terrace.
The bright, inviting living area is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV.
In the adjacent dining area, you’ll have plenty of space for shared meals. The wood-look kitchenette is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: The kitchen features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven with a range hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.
From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished, south-facing terrace. Here you can soak up the sun, relax, and wind down the evening after a beautiful day at the beach.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious wardrobe with a full-length mirror offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. A small flat-screen TV is also available in the bedroom.
The tiled bathroom, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet, rounds out the apartment’s amenities.
The vacation rental is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, and an ironing board and iron, ensuring you’re fully equipped even while on vacation. This way, you can relax and focus entirely on your wellness experience!
SPECIAL FEATURES
In the building’s basement, there is a sauna (starting at 2.00 EUR) with a coin-operated machine, as well as a relaxation and lounge area featuring, among other things, a ping-pong table. A parking space belonging to the vacation rental is located on the property. As an additional service, Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any disruptions.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please order them well in advance so that we can have the linen package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival.
We ask for your understanding that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are also not allowed.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
