The comfortably furnished Apartment 28 is located on the first floor of the building and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in its 57 square meters of space. All rooms are equipped with high-quality furniture, as well as underfloor heating and exterior blinds to protect against light and heat.
The living room features a comfortable couch and a large flat-screen TV with Smart TV capabilities. It also includes a comfortable fold-out bed that serves as a full-sized sleeping option for a third person (width approx. 120 cm).
Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped, high-quality kitchen: In addition to a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven and microwave, you’ll also have full access to a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment!
The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, 2 single mattresses) to ensure a restful night’s sleep and sweet dreams. Of course, there’s a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe, and another flat-screen TV rounds out the amenities.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a beautiful vanity with a lighted mirror.
From the living area, you can step out onto the spacious corner balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast, relax, sunbathe on the lounge chair, or simply wind down the evening with a glass of wine. The entire apartment faces north/east.
You can safely park your car in the underground garage (max. height 2.00 m).
