2-room apartment 30 m2 on 2nd floor. Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, mini-oven, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower/WC. Covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The apartment has a complete kitchen to use (even a washing machine and an oven), which meant we could prepare 90% of all our meals (massive savings for a family of 4) and wash all our clothes (so we could travel light and in clean clothes despite our heavy sweating, use of suncream and deet, exposure to sand dust, splashing of sea water etc). The beach is only 5min walk away and is huge! The arrival-day issues were promptly dealt with by phoning the rental agent (there were no electricity or water! ) but there remain a few things that could be improved : there was no air conditioning and we were there during a strong heatwave, making it very difficult to sleep at night (30C). The flat is smaller than the pictures suggest. Still comfortable enough but space needed to be used wisely. The bunkbed space is in an alcove, making it difficult to ventilate at night. The waste management instructions were inadequate and I had to work out where, what and how with the passers-by. It would be helpful to show on the map in the pack where to throw rubbish and which waste goes into which bin. Overall though, we were happy with our stay.
