Villino Punta Negra is a walk a few steps from the beautiful coves of Stintino.
It is ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday surrounded by greenery and with its splendid veranda with a breathtaking sea view on the Asinara.
The villa consists of a large veranda partly covered and partly solarium with sun loungers. The panoramic veranda is ideal for outdoor dining or to enjoy the tranquility and vegetation of the place. The cottage has a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. The sleeping area, on the other hand, includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and window. The cottage is located in an area where you can easily find free parking. The barbecue is available on request for a fee.
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.. City Tax: € 0,50 from age of 14 to 80
