Szép csendes helyen van az emeleti szobából tengerre néző kilátással. Van terasz kis kerttel grillezővel.
Nem működött az emeleti lakószoba légkondicionálója pedig nagyon fülledt meleg volt. Igérték a javítását de nem jött senki. Nehezen gyújtható a gáztűzhely nincs sütő. A szobák sötétek a világítás igen gyenge volt. A bejárati ajtó igen egyszerű megoldás.
