Alloggio in zona tranquilla vicinissimo alla famosa spiaggia de La Pelosa, supermercato nelle vicinanze. Dal terrazzo sul davanti si gode di una bellissima vita mare. Servizio navetta per le spiagge disponibile a pochi metri dalla casa. L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso, dotato dell'essenziale. Parcheggio privato che permette di trovare sempre il posto libero. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
L'appartamento risulta antiquato, necessita di una ristrutturazione generale e di nuovo arredamento. I materassi non sono molto comodi, suggerisco di mettere dei topper per migliorare la cosa. L'aria condizionata risulta insufficiente per mantenere la casa fresca. Il bagno non dispone di doccia chiusa ma solo di una vasca con doccetta.
