About this farm stay rental
This lovely farmhouse can host 4 guests comfortably. Located in Apecchio, it comes with 1 bedroom and a shared swimming pool and private garden where you can enjoy and relax to the fullest.
The nearest restaurant is only 100 m away from the stay if you wish to dine out sometime. The local supermarket is 5 km from the farmhouse if you run out of your essentials. The town centre is also 5 km away.
A private terrace is in place for you to enjoy a sizzling platter of barbecue with your close ones. Play equipment is provided for the kids to enjoy. The table tennis table can be enjoyed with dear ones. You may bring 3 pets to stay to add more memories to your pleasant holiday. Heating can be rented if required.
The structure also provides the possibility of having massages and SPA treatments on request, such as a full body de-tensioning pranic massage with aromatherapy, foot/hand/ear reflexology, total-detox massage with aromatherapy.

Aankomst was heel prettig geregeld - we kwamen pas laat in de avond aan maar dat was geen probleem en de eigenaar wachtte om ons te kunnen ontvangen. De accomodatie is prachtig, een mooi oud gebouw met dikke muren wat de warmte goed buiten hield. Er is een heerlijk restaurant waar je tegen een prima prijs het menu van de dag kunt krijgen. De accommodatie ligt bovenop een berg/heuvel, met prachtig uitzicht. Het ligt hierdoor wel wat afgelegen en je bent iedere keer 10 minuten onderweg de berg af en naar het dichstbijzijnde dorp. Een broodservice 's ochtends zou wat dat betreft een mooie aanvulling zijn - de eigenaren rijden toch iedere ochtend naar de accommodatie!

Prachtige authentieke boerderij met fijn appartement. Heel sfeervol in mooie omgeving. Mama Maria kookt verrukkelijk. Jammer dat niet dagelijks lopen is en je niet spontaa bkunt aanschuiven. Iets meer promotie waardoor meer er animo bij de gasten vd agriturisme is om er te eten (en dus meer sfeer). Maar wij kunnen deze agriturisme van harte aanbevelen.

zeer hartelijke ontvangst.Was wat lastig te vinden,ligt niet appechio maar iets er buiten. Prima slaapkamer en badkamer.Woonkamer misten wij een lekkere bank of stoelen,bij mooi weer geen probleem,maar nu s avonds vroeg donker en wat frisjes.

Mooie autentieke appartementen op een super plek op de berg bij Appechio. Vriendelijke eigenaren en fantastische gastvrijheid. Goed zwembad en op redelijke afstand van bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten.
