Mooi klein ‘huisje’. Prima voor overnachting. Achter het grote woonhuis van de eigenaar was een prachtig landschap. Konden wij helaas niet zien vanuit het huisje.
Contact met de eigenaar verliep wat vreemd. Een kind van ongeveer 12 jaar ontving ons. Zij sprak alleen Italiaans. Echte eigenaar niet gezien. Ook toeristenbelasting bij het meisje afgerekend met enkel woord Engels. Oma (oudere dame) was er ook maar sprak niet. Ontbijt: crackers met jam of nutella en thee of koffie. Pak vruchtensap en tulbandcake was er ook. Bij elkaar voldoende maar we misten yoghurt of brood. Bij vertrek niemand gezien.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero eccezionale. L’appartamento era delizioso, pulito e accogliente: abbiamo dormito benissimo e trovato tutto perfettamente in ordine. La presenza del camino, che abbiamo anche acceso, ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più calda e piacevole. Dalle finestre si gode di una bella vista sul verde, ideale per rilassarsi.
Gianni è stato estremamente disponibile: siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e lui è venuto subito incontro alle nostre esigenze, permettendoci di sistemarci senza attese. Anche la loro vicinanza è stata un valore aggiunto, perché ci siamo sentiti al sicuro e in compagnia. La sua famiglia ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza, mostrandoci i loro animali e offrendoci una colazione davvero carina.
La posizione è perfetta: immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, a metà strada tra Arezzo e Gubbio, che erano le nostre tappe principali. Inoltre, a pochi minuti da Città di Castello abbiamo trovato ottimi posti dove mangiare.
Non possiamo che dare voti altissimi e ringraziare ancora una volta Gianni e la sua famiglia per l’ospitalità. Consigliatissimo!

Il posto è molto tranquillo,pulito e rilassante, i proprietari sono persone squisite e se amate gli animale questo è decisamente il posto che fa per voi!
