Country house "Ca' di Bacco", 525 m a.s.l., surrounded by fields. 3 apartments in the property. 30 km from the centre of Cortona, in a secluded position, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: barbecue. In the house: internet access. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Trasimeno 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The complex has another 1 house for rent. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location était conforme à la description et les propriétaires sympathiques. La piscine est top, nous avons eu de la chance de l'avoir durant ces fortes chaleurs et les 2 terrasses sont bien pratiques pour avoir de l'ombre

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Hanglage. Leider - und das ist der eigentliche Kritikpunkt zu einem "sehr gut" - waren wir die letzten Gäste in diesem Sommer, und das hat man ein Kleinigkeiten gesehen. Mit ein wenig mehr Pflege könnte man aus der Anlage noch VIEL mehr rausholen. Aber ein super "Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis".

Miejsce ustronne i bardzo spokojne, pewnym problemem może być dojazd- bardzo stromy, długi podjazd szutrową drogą. Obiekt mógłby być bardziej "wymuskany", ale niczego nam nie brakowało, aby spędzić cudowny tydzień.
