On the doorstep of the Disney parks, Windsor Palms is a premier vacation spot, due to it's endless amenities and safety. With a 24/7 manned security entrance, large outdoor community pool, onsite convenience store, spa, splash pad, playground, fitness center, resort style clubhouse, business center, movie theater, arcade machines, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.
Our Management Team are here to support your needs ensuring you a fantastic vacation and that you enjoy this getaway space. They will provide keypad entry code for a touch free, hassle free experience.
Downstairs en-suite king bedroom, beautifully decorated in white coastal decor has a huge bathroom with tub. Your room patio door leads to a seating nook under a covered lanai for a morning coffee or move to one of the poolside sun loungers.
Downstairs another en-suite king bedroom close to the children's bunkbed room, that is a twin bed over a very comfortable full - decorated to please in a turtle theme!
Upstairs, another King Bedroom, Queen and Twin beds with a shared bathroom, giving you lots of individual space. You can come together in the large open plan living room, patio doors leading to a spacious pool deck or gather around the dining table that seats 8. The kitchen that has everything you need including brand new appliances.
To ensure our highest quality, please note the following:
Strictly no pets, no smoking, no more than 4 cars allowed (no commercial vehicles)
Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am. (Early check in or late check out can be requested, but requires approval based on home availability - additional fees may apply.)
This self catering accommodation will provide a starter pack of soaps and bathroom tissue. Guests will be expected to purchase any additional items needed.
No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community.
Commercial Vehicles:
1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below:

3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow:

9. Vehicle has commercial tags
10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.

Overall I loved the layout, the amount of space it provided and especially no carpet. We felt a little lost at check in as there are notes posted about what not to do or you will have to pay a fine but it would be nice to have more info on the house , the area and location of stores and restaurants and how the resort worked . On the surface the house was pretty clean but there were a few issues that need addressing and some deep cleaning was missed. Under a bath mat in one bathroom was a huge rust stain hole that needs addressing and behind beds & under surfaces really need a deep clean. The garage is set up as a game room and storage but the floor was dirty and should be vacuumed and mopped. Things like the high chair should be checked after people leave and used because the highchair was dirty and full of food and we had to clean it in order for our grandson to use it. We were a party of 11 and there were no extra linens only 1 towel a piece and we had to ask for pool towels and were given 6 so if we used the bath towel, we had to wash towels daily because there was no extra to go around. Extra amenities for large groups would certainly be nice. There were no extra pillows and no extra linens of any kind other than a couple extra blankets.The pool area was beautiful and well maintained and we loved that doors were alarmed. We did have to make several calls and the response was ok. Overal we loved our stay and I would stay again. Hopefully some things will get addressed.
