Snowater Condo #50 - Rushing River Retreat!

Your family will have a wonderful time making lasting memories while staying

in this recently remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath, ground floor condo. As an end

unit, it features its own private alcove entryway that is accessed via a short

pathway from the main parking area. Just off of the entryway, the bedroom

features 2-sets of standard sized bunk beds. In addition, there is one full

bath equipped with modern fixtures, countertops, and remember those heated

floors…well you'll find them there too! There is also a laundry cubby with a

stack washer and dryer, and a fully equipped galley style kitchen complete

with a dishwasher and a Jenn Air range/oven. Stepping down two steps into the

living/dining area reveals a tastefully furnished and configured living/dining

area with a breakfast bar and four stools, a flat screen monitor, a gas

fireplace to cozy up to, and access to a small balcony where you can hear the

river rushing by. This Wi-Fi equipped, monitored family vacation property will

sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the

Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000

feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full

recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four

tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness

center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table

and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as

a children's play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at

the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker

Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and

outdoor opportunities.



The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and

golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing,

snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your

camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!



OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as

the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures

are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation

refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them

at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They

should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.
