Your family will have a marvelous time while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condominium. Stepping through the front entrance, you’ll discover an entryway with plenty of gear storage, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a split ¾-bath, a galley style kitchen with modern appliances, (including a dishwasher) a pass through breakfast bar equipped with three bar stools, a dining table with seating for four, a cozy living space equipped with a wood insert fireplace, (firewood not provided) and a balcony offering territorial views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft area sitting space, a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed and ample closet space, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer for keeping the duds clean, and a split full bath. Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) WIFI* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Need additional space but with a bit of separation? Family Condo #42 pairs nicely with our family Condo #31, which will also sleep up to 4-persons, and is located right next door!

Snowater is a gated community positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year -round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, approximately 2-hours north of Seattle, WA and 1.5-hours south of Vancouver, B.C.

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly.
