Throughout this 20-acre mountain paradise, is numerous charcoal BBQ’S for grilling, a covered picnic area offering propane BBQs, paths and trails for hiking and cruising bikes, and access to 1,000+ feet of Nooksack Riverfront.
Pet Policy: DOGS only permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 1 dog allowed maximum @ $35/per pet per night
We love pets and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home.
1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.
2. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats)
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest.
*Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.
*Please be advised that the Snowater Community does not allow for Air Conditioners to be installed in units, therefor A/C is not available in this rental.
NOTE: The home has DSL internet with WIFI speeds for basic internet work and streaming movies. With multiple people online, the speeds slow down movies may be interrupted. All the common buildings have Wi-Fi, no password needed.
*There is very limited cellular service if any, in Glacier WA.

Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:

NOTE: This home is in the mountains and near a ski area and it is subject to inclement weather including excessive snow, Ice, wind and rain. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be staying on the Snowater property. You will be given a parking permit for each registered vehicle. You will need to provide your vehicle(s) Color, Make, Model and license plate # for registration.

We have spent the past two weeks wishing we were still at this property, was a perfect get away place for us! Thanks to the owner for listing it!
Cozy escape for two, four if you are social people. Unit was clean, and well stocked with nearly anything a guest might need, including kitchen wares, pool towels, shampoo/soap, games, books, movies, laundry, private internet, tv, etc. The view out the large forest-side window was so beautiful, especially with a sweet afternoon shower. Was very easy to settle in and enjoy. Has two roomy bedrooms, one on the main floor, and one upstairs (comfortable bed and pillows). There’s a half-bath on first floor with large sink countertop, upstairs bath has a shower and fairly small-area sink. Unit is located within a nice complex just before the Mt Baker park land begins, beautifully set into a rainforest, with security gate, playground, two recreation/pool complexes, and a walking path along the stream. Note that stairs are involved, both up into the unit, and then narrow ones to the upper floor. Check-in to the unit was easy, quick stop by the office and chat with the pleasant gentleman within. Check-out instructions are reasonable, and texts are promptly answered, too.
In town, highly suggest the ‘Wake and Bakery’ shop for coffee and breakfast, and ‘Gunners BBQ’ for dinner! Little grocery store in town has misc supplies and beverages. Mt Baker park is just up the road, go explore, not to be missed!

We really enjoyed our stay! From booking to check out, it was an enjoyable experience. My friend and I both decided we should come back again.
The condo had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean. The deck is small but there were only two of us so we enjoyed eating a dinner on it and hearing the sound of the river. We BBQ’d another night at the nice covered shelter overlooking the river.
We only stayed two nights and were able to enjoy so much. We played tennis and pickle ball (rackets and balls were provided in court side bins). We rented a paddle boat on Silver Lake which is about a 20 minute drive. We enjoyed the hot tub, and did the Horseshoe Bend trail along the Nooksack river.
I’m looking forward to exploring more of that beautiful area next time!
