This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo is a great place to call home during your family vacation! The main floor features one bedroom with log furnishings, including 1-queen sized bed and 1-twin sized bunk, plus a 1/2-bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony offering territorial views. The second floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-king-sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)
NO Pets / NO Smoking / NO Wi-Fi
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

We enjoyed our stay, and only have a few negatives. One is they only give you one fob to enter the gated community. This caused issues because we had two cars, and the second car was about an hour to arrive after us. With no cell phone service in the area, we had to sit by the gate waiting for their car to arrive so we could let them in. I don't believe there was any mention of this in the description. We then had to pile into one car to go and do anything, which caused some hassle and inconvenience.
The room was nice and cleaned and did the job we were looking for. The stairs leading up to the loft area was narrow and steep, so our elderly parents could not get upstairs easily.
Other then those issues, the place was nice and worth a stay.

The TV remote was missing and the property rental agent never returned our call to try and locate it. The silverware was dirty. The kitchen was very cramped and no trash can for kitchen trash. For the price of the rental the unit should have been cleaner. Surfaces and drawers were dirty.
