You're just 2 blocks from our sugary sand beaches, restaurants and local attractions such as The Gulf State Park Fishing Pier & The Hang Out! And, just a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, bike paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies.
4. Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable fee per dog; pre-registration is required.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The location was perfect. The property was great. The only thing I didn’t care for is if the people in unit a fell or dropped something it sounded like it happened in unit b. You could tell the cleaning was rushed, they were still cleaning at check in time. However we had a problem with maintenance and they were right over to address the situation.

Perfect location for a multitude generation family gathering. Everything thing was convenient near by from food to outdoors activities. Plenty of bedrooms. Having a private heated pool in the evening made it even nicer.

Nice property. Very clean. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Kids enjoyed the heated pool.
