PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival
The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Our youngest has Autism and he felt at home there. Listing is as shown and a short walk to the beach. Having resturants nearby was a plus as well. We would stay there again!

This was a very pleasing experience. Everything I saw in the photos was exactly as presented. The unit was beautifully furnished and convenient to shopping, dining. the beach and grocery stores. The second floor laundry room location was perfect. Response to questions and requests for assistance was prompt and efficient. It was a great vacation.

Lighting was insufficient throughout. I borrowed lamps to use by the couch and in the second bedroom. Mattress in the second bedroom was uncomfortable. Need a small table by that bed.. Small tables for drinks near living room chairs would be nice, rather than placing glasses on the floor.

When we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and the kitchen smelled due to this. We had no soap to run it. The upstairs toilet ran constantly, and the downstairs toilet made strange noises. The refrigerator's ice machine did not work and there was no tray to make ice. There were no hangers to hang our clothes in the closet, and we had to voice a great deal of disappointment to get some. After we contacted the management company, they did remedy everything except the ice maker. We did not have pots large enough to cook for our family. The unit is well decorated and the deck is very lovely to sit on. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the beach.
