PROPERTY AMENITIES
Main Bath is Handicap Accessible, Ramp on Back, High-Speed Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

I like this place. The size was small but roomy at the same time. Really nice for bringing a dog. Fenced in back area was really nice and was enjoyed by my golden doodle and I. I didnt have to walk him on a leash every time he went outside. The living room is decorated really cute. The bathrooms could use a little updating though but did work fine for our needs. I will say the floors need to be cleaned a little better in-between people staying there. Corners swept out and things tike that. Mopped well. The floors are tile and glass breaks on tile very easy. There was some tiny slithers of glass that were getting in one of our family members feet when we got there. I would recomend house cleaning to clean the floor better. To sum up i would still stay there again.
