Whether you want to spend time in the river kayaking, tubing, fishing or just plain floating with your cocktail in hand, this place is on the river and equipped with all these fun options. If you'd prefer more land-based fun go hiking, pick wildflowers, hang out by the bonfire or relax in the hot tub overlooking the river.

The location was great! Right down the road is Alum State Park with the absolute best swimming spot for kids & adults alike! House had all the accommodations one would need. The internet was very spotty (due to Frontier, not the home equipment) so be prepared there if any work responsibilities. Cell phone signal was found up the road. The only thing to note is that it is a pretty steep hill to get down to the river with the kayaks and to pull them back up.
