About this house rental
Enjoy all the mountains have to offer from this recently renovated home with a charming Scandinavian Modern style. After a day in nature or strolling through town, relax on the porch, play board games, curl up in front of the fire or enjoy a movie on the 72" flatscreen. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite/private baths. High speed internet and two desk options if you need to plug in.
Hiking, mountain biking and skiing access only 5 minute drive to Arrowhead at Beaver Creek. Excellent road biking from the front door. 15 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek Village. Local playground and elementary school both 2 blocks away and 2 min drive to Freedom park's playground, splash pad, bike path and skate park.
Located on a quiet residential street surrounded by lush lawn and mature trees, an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurants, farmers market, liquor store, grocery, movie theatre, bookstore, barre and yoga studios, ski and bike shops, and clothing boutiques of downtown Edwards.
Use what suites you in the chef’s kitchen equipped for gourmet meals with quality appliances, Stagg EKG kettle, an Instapot, Staub Dutch oven, blender, coffee grinder, salad spinner, gas stove and grill.
Our house has a reverse osmosis water tap with an additional re-mineralization filter. All our mattresses are organic, and our sofas and rugs are free from added chemicals and flame retardants. While we clean with some disinfectants, we have thoughtfully curated our home to be as safe as possible for people and our planet.

Our extended family, 6 adults and one 9 year old, thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Edwards. The condo is spacious and the bedrooms are separated enough to give everyone privacy. We enjoyed the deck and threw a frisbee in the grassy area off the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and, best of all, there were plenty of dishes, glassware and silverware. The location couldn't have been better. It is located in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of all the Edwards amenities, great restaurants and Riverwalk attractions. We'll be back!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Edwards! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful vibe both inside and on the back porch/yard. We walked into to town, a playground and we’re SO close to amazing hiking.
It was perfect for two families! And has lots of fun things / necessities (crib/high chair) for kids of all ages.
We can’t wait to go back in the fall and winter!
