There's no better place for a Hatteras Island getaway than Easy 'n Breezy, a home that sits across the street from the Pamlico Sound in the coveted Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood of Avon. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, as well as a walkway to the sound for quick water sports access across the road.
This home's modern design and craftsmanship, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious style instantly welcome you in. Two levels of covered decks out front invite you to watch kiteboarders by day and the east coast's favorite sunsets by night. The back side of the home has two levels of sundecks that overlook the private pool and the lush wetlands in the backyard. The private hot tub is located on the first-level back deck.
With three primary bedrooms and a pair of rooms for the kids connected by a bathroom, this home is spacious enough for the whole group. A lounge area sits on the first level just off the front deck, offering a large TV and a plush couch.

What I loved most about the home was the private pool and hot tub. Both were utilized the entire stay by myself and my family after long days at the beach. The pool area was clean and accommodating. The best part about the house. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
