Great house, no condiment in kitchen ie: salt pepper etc. lots of pots, pans, and small appliances, bowl and utensils. Needed pot holders. Definitely would stay here again, fabulous house!

So pleased with the location and layout of this beach house. Super easy access to the beach and great walkable location! Really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and ping pong and hot tub were big hits as well. Everyone in my family had such a great time! The check in and check out process was simple and excellent. All that being said, I would be remiss to not list the cons here as well as there were definitely a few maintenance things that need to be addressed that hopefully will be soon! There were two ripped screen doors (this was communicated to us on check in day and they indicated they would fix it but never did), and the gate that separates the downstairs pool area from the carport is broken and doesn’t latch - a huge issue with young children that should be fixed ASAP. One of the windows on the lower level also leaked heavily during a rainstorm. So just a few things. But overall we were all very pleased with the stay!

Very user friendly to rent. House didn't have but couple rolls of toilet paper and dish washer detergent ( for 10 people). I didn't think I had to bring all essential item to stay. We had a wonderful time too. Just feel some item could be kept in stock at the house for the money it cost to rent for a week.
