Ocean Breezes, Unit #110, is an accessibility-friendly, oceanfront condo with a queen bed in the bedroom and an additional queen sofa bed in the living area. This condo has a well-equipped kitchen for great family meals. Two TVs and two DVD players are available for your listening and viewing entertainment.
The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean views from every property. All condos have private oceanfront decks, as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages: no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs! Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast.
At Durant Station, you'll enjoy a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools with an adjacent hot tub available from April 1 through January 2. The Durant Station Community Center is 'crowned' by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Islands past. You'll find the Community Center ideal for relaxing with friends, conducting meetings, wedding parties, and receptions, or simply enjoying the lounge areas, which offer a large-screen 50' plasma TV, and a complete kitchen on the upper level. The Durant Station complex consists of three floors, which start about 12 feet above the ground. The parking lot and walks are paved with concrete.
All retreats are tastefully furnished and fully equipped with linens to make your stay comfortable as well as memorable. All Durant Station condos have central A/C, cable TV with HBO, Satellite HDTV with DVR, wireless high-speed internet for your laptop, solid surface counters in the kitchen, and sprinkler safety systems for your peace of mind.
Centrally located on the first floor is a coin-operated laundry facility (which even offers an ocean view). Some getaways have a stackable washer/dryer. A large separate fish cleaning station, BBQ grills, and outdoor shower facilities complete the picture.

This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

My wife and I stayed here and fell in love with Hatteras Island. The property was clean and had a nice pool and great access to the beach. We had some difficulties with both tvs but the property manager responded within a day. The only complaint is that there was standing water on both the balcony and at the entrance to the condo that didn’t dry the entire time we were there. All in all, a great trip and we will be back!

My husband and I stayed for three nights and it was such a great time. We loved being right on the water and having an ocean view. The washer and dryer access were also helpful after multiple beach days!

Overall a decent place but will not be staying here again. Dust on ceiling fan blades and under bed. Couch smelled of urine. Bed was awful and seemed like the headboard wasn’t even fully attached. Saw a dead cockroach in the laundry room and one out on our porch. Bring a fan as it gets hot in the bedroom.
Loved the area though and the short walk to the beach and being able to see the ocean from the porch.
