This cozy and clean two-bedroom condo sits oceanfront on the second level of the Durant complex. Located just off the elevator, Sandalwood Sunrise is a convenient choice for those looking for easy access to and from the beach and beyond. Enter the condo to find the first bedroom to the left featuring two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, and bath access with a tub shower. A second door to the bath leads to the hall servicing the main living area as well. Across the hall is a king primary room with rich furnishings, a large flatscreen TV with DirecTV, and a dual vanity primary bath with a shower/tub condo. Ceiling fans throughout keep the air flowing through this breezy space.
Walk down the hall to the main living area, consisting of the kitchen and oceanfront seating area, with a screen door that leads to your own private balcony. The seating area is equipped with a couch and a loveseat, a flatscreen TV with DirecTV, a DVD player, and a Vizio soundbar for enhanced audio performance. My husband and I had a great spring break getaway!! The condo was just as described in the listing. We loved sitting on the deck, watching the water. The bed was comfortable, the condo was quiet, and we were able to relax and unwind. Being close to restaurants was a plus!!

This was what I expected for the price. The location was perfect, the building was well kept and easy access to beach. The condo itself felt dated. The beds were not comfortable. The water pressure was terrible. A toilet seat needs replacing. There are several fixtures that have corrosion. The dishwasher did a terrible job of cleaning dishes. And the host was very stingy on supplies - and communication skills were disappointing. I tried calling a local office and got an international call center who had no clue what he was talking about in regards to this property. This is my reason for the 4 star. But for the price I paid, it was a value option that kept me safe and gave me somewhere to stay near the attractions I wanted to visit. The elevator was also extremely helpful. Hopefully this helps you make your decision on where to stay.

Beautiful beach view and easy access to pristine beach. Even though it was March we were pleasantly surprised to be able to see dolphins swimming/feeding up and down the coast most days all throughout the day! Kitchen is well stocked and accommodations were perfect for our family of 3. Just wish the hot tub could have been open and/or access to the clubhouse to play pool. Recommend bringing or buying a kite (we bought a prism from Kitty hawk kites)
