This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Had a great time, was perfect for us. Definitely need to bring additional containers for leftovers. However, plenty of silverware and all the necessities needed for cooking were available. All beds slept comfortably, enough room for everyone definitely would rebook. I’ve stayed here year after year.

The kitchen was lovely! everything was great in the kitchen! The living room could be great, but the furniture was awful: the couch is broken and the cushions on chairs need to be replaced! on the day of checkout, a cockroach appeared in the master bedroom, which totally freaked me out. I think it came right out of the bed, because it was while i was removing the sheets and tossing them to the floor, that the thing appeared. the other issue is the porch. It rained while we were there and the porch collects the water. We had to broom the water from the porch every time it rained, so that we could sit out there.

This particular unit was okay. It was lacking basic upkeep/conservation that other condos at Durant seemed to have.
