You will be :
- by 2 min walk from the famous Lincoln Road : a big pedestrian street that leads to the beach and offers many shops (Apple Store, Nike Store, Victoria Secret...), cafes, restaurants, rooftops, lounges, bars...
- by 5 min walk from the Convention Center and botanical garden
- by 5 min walk to the Miami Beach Golf Club
- by 10 min walk to the beach and to the famous Art Deco District
- by 15 min ride from Wynwood
- by 15/20 min ride from Miami Airport
The apartment can accomodate up to 4 guests and offers :
- a bright living room with closets and a daybed that can convert into a king size bed
- a bedroom with 2 comfortable beds
- a bathroom with a spa shower
- a fully equipped kitchen with stove, air fryer, blender, espresso machine... Note that the oven from the stove doesn't work but you will find a 17x14 convection/air fryer oven on the countertop as you can see on the pictures
- a balcony (not 100% private) with table and chairs
- beach chairs and beach umbrella
- a laundry room is accessible in the building with washers and dryers
