This 750 sq. ft luxurious 1 bedroom condo has 24/7 concierge and security, two elevators, a downstairs restaurant, direct beach access and all the action of Ocean Drive just outside your door. There is no better location than this Deco dream pied-à-terre.
You will enjoy a luxury not normally seen in comparable vacation rentals in the area with this spacious, fully equipped condo which sleeps 4 and has central A/C, huge marble bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking tub, top of the line fixtures, a newly renovated kitchen with Miele appliances and 100% cotton towels and linens.
Deco Dreams is on the 3rd floor of the iconic Carlyle Hotel (site of such famous films as Scarface, The Birdcage, Bad Boys 2, Random Hearts and Pronto) located in the rear of the Ocean drive facing building, yet away from the Ocean drive noise. Although there is no ocean view from the apartment, it is quiet and flooded with light that spills in from the large windows dressed in silk taffeta curtains and custom blinds.
The fully loaded, newly renovated kitchen has seating for 4, full size Miele appliances, electric stove, microwave/convection and cabinets stocked with glassware, dinnerware, toaster, blender, coffee maker and serving pieces should you want to eat or entertain.
The living room has a washer and dryer hidden behind a closet door, plenty of mirrored closets to organize your clothes and luggage, 2 large leather comfort sofas, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV with cable and high speed internet.
Luxury reigns in the oversized marble bathroom with twin sinks, a separate water closet with bidet, and a massive walk in shower with a jacuzzi soaking tub.

Gorgeous apartment. Amazing location. No view. In the heart of everything. Not easy to unload stuff and get into condo with no parking and main entrance through the restaurant. Was not allowed to keep our bikes in the condo. They are high end and was not willing to strap outside so had to put in our car.

Mauro’s apt was spotless and in a quiet back corner of a fabulous building in the heart of Ocean Drive. Mauro was very accessible and kind during my stay. Would highly recommend and will bookmark for any future visits to Sobe.

I had a very nice week staying in this condo. It had pretty much anything you might need. Looks exactly like pictures, so no surprises! There was a minor issue after check-in, but Mauro responded immediately and the situation was resolved within a few minutes. That means a lot to me. It was beautifully clean. A couple things to mention, the refrigerator does not work at all. Freezer compartments were very warm. No way to make any ice. The refrigerator itself froze anything I placed in it. A bottle of water was frozen solid after a couple hours. I did not do any cooking, but would like to have had some cold water to drink. You may want to bring your own tissues or buy some. None inside the room. Toilet paper is horrible, which is why I bring my own. Location is perfect. It is not noisy at night. Very quiet. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!!

Host was easy to contact. We were told the fridge was being replaced Friday so we hung out around the condo so we could be with our stuff when they delivered. We also didn’t purchase cold ideas as we thought the fridge was being replaced. We never heard a word again about it and it never got replaced.
