GREAT PRICE FOR MIAMI BEACH! Fresh and cute as a button, renovated 1 bdr/1 bath apt, Flamingo resort, located on Biscayne Bay at 15th St & Bay Rd. Palms and blue water views from every corner. Balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine watching the cruise liners taking off across the bay. Sleeps 4, one king size bed in master bedroom and 2 sofa beds in living room. WIFI and 2 high-definition TVs. Please respect our furniture & neighbors, absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. Walk to the beach, shop on Lincoln Rd and dine on Ocean Dr. & Espanola Way. Buy your own groceries at Publix or Whole Foods and cook your meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Relax by the swimming pool or flex your muscle at the gym. Rent a bike in front of the building and explore the unique Art Deco District.

Paid parking on site & paid laundry on each floor of the building. The washer/dryer in the apartment not connected, walk-in closet in bedroom not included for guests, additional zipper wardrobe in bedroom.
All guests are required, after booking a reservation to email to the host valid passport copies, emails and phone numbers. A Lease Contract signed by all parties will be submitted to the Condo Management for approval. All bookings are subject to the Condo Management approval ! The guests are required to agree electronically with all Condominium rules. The Management will send a link to the email provided for each guest. Same email for all guests is not accepted.
All guests bringing a pet will need to inquire first about the availability and the breeds accepted by the Management. If the pet is allowed by the Owner and by the Condo Management, please make sure to pick up the outside needs of the pet on the spot. Please note that a pet is not allowed on beds/sofas, unless you bring protective covers . It is recommended not leaving your pet alone at the property, unless you know for sure that this will not be an issue.

We loved our stay. Check in was easy, and the staff was very friendly. The host was very responsive to our needs. The building amenities are just awesome we really enjoyed the gym and pool. We could not ask for a better location. The view from the unit's balcony is breathtaking!

Communication with owner was quick. Neighborhood and view from condo was great. Resort had pool, food store, small restaurant. Condo itself was nice but basic.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Miami even during COVID-19 - amazing water views, beds for 4 people, wired internet, TV, and all the supplies needed for home-cooked meals. It did not feel like sheltering-in-place because of amazing sunsets on the bay and million-dollar views of Miami skyline - all from the comfort of the balcony. The host was super responsive to all our needs before and during the stay. We'd love to come back again in the future to experience the surrounding areas to the fullest.
