Cozy living quarters. Kitchen and bathroom supplied with essential items needed. Sandy was very hospitable and accommodating! Amazing sunset views from the pier!

This little apartment is well-equipped and super clean. The bed is very comfortable for a great night's sleep. TV has all streaming services and Sandy is a great host. She let us use the 2 kayaks to paddle to the beach from Lake Powell. It's only 1.5 miles from her house to the Gulf shore. The shoreline is very pristine and not crowded at all. We were impressed.
