Welcome to a unique cottage on the St. Lawrence River. This 4 bedroom house built over the water is a perfect spot to see a sunset, fish, watch the big boats in the channel, or just relax and listen to the river. Situated in between Alexandria Bay and Clayton you are centrally located in the 1000 Islands.

The location is beautiful and has great access to a public boat ramp , if you are bringing a boat . The house has everything you need and plenty of wonderful scenery.

Beautiful and nostalgic cottage right over the water. Boathouse was great, we easily fit two bass boats in it each night.

The location of this cottage is perfect for boating and fishing. When any questions arised the owner was quick to respond. The cottage had everything you could need with a beautiful view.
