About this cottage rental
This well maintained and very private open concept cottage offers incredible boating and swimming. Deep clear water off of brand new 50 foot floating dock (a portion of the dock is shared with the owners boat). Stunning views of the St. Lawrence River that is ever changing. Large lot with lots of privacy.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms-2 with double beds and the master with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped-all you have to bring is your food and drinking water!
Easy access to great restaurants, golf courses, boat tours, shopping and much much more!
The cottage is equipped with WiFi and Apple TV (no live TV).

4 adults enjoyed the spacious, bright cottage with a wall of windows overlooking the river. Very private location, yet close to Ganannoque (15 minutes). Spent most of our time on the huge deck and the brand new large dock. Ladder off dock to enter for swimming or jump in. Fished from dock. Well equipped cottage, we cooked 6 of 8 nights. It is a steep incline down to dock, we quickly learned to bring a bag with all that we needed. We broight our bikes and it was about 2.5 km to get to the Parkway path. Bikes stored in basement (easy access) when not in use. We rented a pontoon boat one day and did our own 1000 islands tour. Water location is in a cove but dock has full view of main channel to have perfect views of water traffic. Communication with agent top notch with quick responses. We had no children so only heads up is that there is no gradual entry into the water. That was perfect for us. We look forward to another vacation here.

It was not a pleasant stay. We were first greeted with a terrible moldy smell when we entered the house first time. The smell was never really gone away. Looked like the place was closed and not in used for long time.
