The second bedroom is outfitted with two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen-size. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There is a convenient grocery store, drug store, fish and meat store located on Isle of Palms. Beach chairs can be rented through the Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company.
Travel three miles to Isle of Palms County Park to play sand volleyball. Then explore the shops and restaurants along Ocean Boulevard.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive.

The home was difficult to access at first. The code did not work, but after speaking with a Vacasa specialist we were able to access the key from the lockbox. We had a great week. 8 people fit comfortably. Great location. Wish there was one more full bath. Driveway is actually on Palm blvd outside Wild Dunes. We rented a golf cart from Just Beachy that was great. It was awesome to have our own pool. Beach access was easy as well just across palm blvd up 51st street. We rented chairs from Isle of Palms chair rentals. Would definitely recommend this property.

Property was ok. There were some issues that needed to be addressed: a broken console door in the living room, and a broken lock on a sliding glass door. Directions to access the property are a little confusing, as you have to find the back of the property in order to park and gain access to the home. Beach access was more cumbersome than described. Due to water being knee deep at the access point closest to the home, beach access could only be made several blocks away. Hurricane Helene also hit as a tropical storm, with our family having to shelter in a closet for several tornado warnings. After the storm passed, patio furniture, leaves, and other unsecured items were blown into the pool. No one came to check on us or the property after the storm. It would have been nice if someone had followed up with us to ensure we were safe and ok.

The house was in a great location. Updates were great.
Things that need attention: banister needs secured, the grill needs to be cleaned and outside could use a good power washing.
