90m² single-story cottage. Dining room with relaxation area and kitchen area. 3 beautiful, bright bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and a terrace area with magnificent views. A first bedroom "Cannelle" with 1 bed 160 and possibility of adding a child's bed, a second bedroom "Chocolat" with 1 bed 160 and a third bedroom "Moka" with 2 beds 90. In summer, bring your pool towels! Possibility of having a "welcome" basket of local products upon your arrival (to be discussed with the owner). Nestled on a hill, the Champoyloise is a passive wooden house with contemporary lines, combining well-being and ecology, all in a refined atmosphere blending charm and modernity. In summer, you can relax in the pre-heated natural swimming pool overlooking a superb panorama (generally usable from June to September). Adjoining the owner's house and located in the Pays d'Urfé region, this is the ideal place to combine sport and relaxation: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and exploring the local heritage. The house, a mountain bike relay, offers free lending of six mountain bikes to enjoy the trails of the FFC Bois Noirs mountain bike area, and can also rent two electric mountain bikes. A bowling green and various children's playgrounds are available.
