This 130 m² cottage, arranged over two levels, offers a bright and spacious living area with a lounge, dining room, and separate kitchen opening onto a 35 m² wooden terrace. It includes three bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and two with seven single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, a ground-floor shower adapted for people with reduced mobility, and three toilets. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, television, wood-burning stove, and electric heating—everything you need for a comfortable stay in any season. Beds are made upon arrival with high-quality 3-star linens. The warm décor, with its wood and stone accents, invites relaxation. There are also 17 hectares of green space with a children's playground and a pétanque court. Ideally located just 3 km from the A89 motorway, the L'Épicéa gîte offers the perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. Nature lovers will enjoy the many hiking trails in the Monts du Forez.
