Looking for a holiday in Mimizan Plage with family or friends? Come and spend it in this beautiful modern villa with a swimming pool, accommodating up to 8 people.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a WC with a washbasin, a living/dining room (flat-screen TV), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave), a utility room (washing machine), a master suite (double bed) with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a garage.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single bunk beds), two of which open onto a roof terrace, and a bathroom with a WC.
A pleasant terrace features a heated saltwater swimming pool (8m x 3m, available from April to October).
In addition, there is a third terrace behind the house, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet, as well as a pétanque court.
The house is fully air-conditioned.
This villa is wheelchair accessible. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

We stayed here for two weeks around Christmas with 2 kids and one grandmother. We know the area very well but this was our first time staying on this side of the Mimizan river.
The house is amazing. Its very spacious and recently build so everything is brand new. The yard is massive and the pool is actually a lot larger than it appears in the photographs. The kitchen is well equipped, sliding doors everywhere and electric blinds. WIFI connection is great throughout but data transfer could be faster. Huge TV with full smart capabilities. No complaints about the house at all!
The location is also perfect. Situated in a nice neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and another 5 minutes to reach the beach. Around the corner is the local skate-park and access to miles and miles of forests and bicycle paths.
We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
