Come and discover this magnificent Belle Époque-style duplex in Mers-les-Bains, combining classic charm with all the modern comforts of today. With a seaside atmosphere and sea views, it features a separate entrance and is ideally situated less than 50 metres from the Esplanade de Mers-les-Bains.
Sleeping up to 6 people, this duplex comprises a living room, a dining room with a (decorative) fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms upstairs – one of which has a balcony with sea views – a shower room with WC, and a mezzanine that children will love. Perfect for a romantic break, a holiday with friends or a family holiday to recharge your batteries by the sea.
Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge.

- Living room furnished with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), various armchairs, a dining table, a TV, a DVD player, a balcony and a fireplace (decorative).
- Semi-open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, Tassimo pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery…
Bedroom area:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a balcony and a side sea view.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed.
- Mezzanine with a single bed (90 cm x 190 cm)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and toilet.
Outdoor areas:
- 3 m² balcony on the first floor with two sun loungers and a small table.
- Balcony on the ground floor.
The neighbourhood:
The duplex is situated in the heart of a neighbourhood designated as a ‘Protected Area’; the roof is listed for its distinctive features. It is located 50 m from the beach, close to the tourist office, the cinema and the library, all of which are less than 100 metres from the property. All amenities are nearby, with major retail chains within a 3 km radius. The town forms part of the Baie de Somme – Picardie Maritime Regional Nature Park. It is also one of the gateways to the “Grand Site de France Baie de Somme”.
In 2024, Mers-les-Bains came second in the ‘Village préféré des Français’ (France’s Favourite Village) poll.
In 2025, Mers-les-Bains joined the ‘Réseau des Villes Belle Époque’ (Belle Époque Towns Network), a membership that confirms the resort’s appeal for its ‘Belle Époque’ heritage, which originally led, with the rise of sea bathing, to the construction of its seaside district of listed villas.
