Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Giens Peninsula is just steps away and Plage du Port du Niel is within an easy 10-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.
After you return, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

High spec property. Very clean. All sheets and towels provided. Secret cutlery drawer took a bit of finding!! Electric BBQ was great.
Property was well stocked with kitchen equipment/deck chairs etc
Great views from rooftop terrace.
Lovely restaurants to chose from in Giens, local walking trails from the villa and watersports.
We didn't have a car on our holiday, but we didn't need one. The bus service to Hyeres was great too!!

Das Haus besteht in Wirklichkeit aus zwei kleinen, unabhängigen Häusern, die nur über die Terrasse miteinander verbunden sind.
Es gibt zwei separate Eingänge und zwei separate Küchen.
Im Haupthaus gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Glasschiebetür und einen Spitzboden mit Matratzen.
Im zweiten Haus befinden sich zwei kleine Schlafzimmer (ein Durchgangszimmer) auf dem Dachboden.
Die Treppe ist eng und wackelig.
Das Haus ist gut gelegen, sauber und besitzt eine kleine Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick. Der Stein-Garten ist gepflegt.
Mit dem kraftlosen Zwei-Platten-Herd ist Kochen für 8 Personen schwierig. Der Backofen ist in Ordnung.
Es gibt nur einen Schlüsselbund.
Es wurde uns ein Beistell-Kinderbett ohne Matratze und Decke zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wir mussten daher eine dünne Matratze vom Spitzboden mit einem Betttuch aus dem Schrank beziehen.
Für dieses Bett haben wir auch eine Decke und Bezug aus dem Schrank genommen, was sich im Nachhinein noch als Fehler herausstellen sollte.
Zwei Tage vor der Abreise haben wir Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Hausverwalterin aufgenommen, um die Übergabe zu organisieren.
Wir teilten mit, dass wir am Abreisetag früh Morgens aufbrechen wollten.
Eine Antwort von der Verwalterin kam erst um 00:20 in der Nacht zum Abreisetag, während wir am Schlafen waren.
Da wir am frühen Morgen mit schlafenden Kindern die Abreise nicht weiter aufschieben wollten, haben wir den Schlüssel hinterlegt, dies mitgeteilt und sind losgefahren.
Später erreichten uns Nachrichten von der Vermieterin und der Verwalterin.
Die Nachricht der Verwalterin enthielt, neben persönlichen Beleidigungen, eine Reihe von Vorwürfen.
Wir hätten zu viel Bettzeug und Handtücher verwendet.
Beides war im Preis inbegriffen, für uns war nicht erkennbar was man nicht verwenden darf.
Dinge, die als privat gekennzeichnet waren, haben wir selbstverständlich nicht angerührt.
Außerdem hätten wir im Haus Sand hinterlassen.
Wir haben Endreinigung bezahlt, regelmäßig gesaugt und draußen gekehrt.
Weiterhin wollte die Vermieterin uns die Schuld für eine defekte Bambus-Beschattung hinter dem Haus in die Schuhe schieben.
Diese wäre bei Anreise nicht defekt gewesen und während unseres Aufenthaltes wäre nie Wind gewesen.
Wir wissen nicht wann und wie es zu dem Schaden gekommen ist, aber es gab viel Wind mit bis zu 40 Knoten.
Wer dieses Haus bucht, sollte vorsichtig sein und bei An- und Abreise den Zustand des Hauses lückenlos dokumentieren.
