In a quiet and residential area, house close to the sea. Total surface area of about 100m2 offering 2 totally independent dwellings.
Garden, terrace and roof terrace with SEA VIEW.

The 1st more spacious accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge + freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster), a master bedroom (new bedding) and a mezzanine bedroom. Washing machine, hairdryer, iron.
The 2nd accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen (hob, small fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine), a living space, a shower room with WC and 2 bedrooms. New bedding in the 2 bedrooms.
THE 2 UNITS ARE NOT RENTED SEPARATELY.
The property is totally privatized for one or 2 families traveling together.
Kite/windsurfing room (near Almanarre), boat launch at 1 km.
WIFI (fiber), Netflix, air conditioning from June 2022.

Due to the 2 properties in 1 arrangement, the villa worked really well for us as a family with teens and young adults. We were all able to get some privacy, whilst still enjoying a family holiday!
High spec property. Very clean. All sheets and towels provided. Secret cutlery drawer took a bit of finding!! Electric BBQ was great.
Property was well stocked with kitchen equipment/deck chairs etc
Great views from rooftop terrace.
Lovely restaurants to chose from in Giens, local walking trails from the villa and watersports.
We didn't have a car on our holiday, but we didn't need one. The bus service to Hyeres was great too!!
