Perfect for a vacation with family or friends to enjoy the beautiful, fine-sand beach at Penthièvre. The house features indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for unique, enjoyable moments.

The garden is fenced, so children can play safely.

We can accommodate up to 10 people and one baby. Bed linens, towels, and housekeeping are included.

The house has Wi-Fi (router)

On the first floor, you’ll find:

- a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, single-door refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker

- a dining area

- a TV lounge area

- a separate toilet

- a bedroom with a 160cm bed – facing west

- a bedroom with a 160cm bed – east-facing

- a bathroom with a washing machine



You can enjoy a furnished terrace and a small garage to store your beach and surf gear.



You can park one vehicle on the property; for additional vehicles, there is a parking lot next to the house, or free street parking is available.



Upstairs you’ll find: :

- A bathroom with a toilet

- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a crib

- A bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together (room connected to the last bedroom)

- A bedroom with two 90-cm single beds

Marie from Ty’Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the property and can help make your stay easier. Please contact her before your stay to arrange a meeting time for your arrival and departure. 

She will be available throughout your stay to assist with any requests (cleaning, babysitting, stocking the fridge, etc.)

Marie can welcome you starting at 4:00 p.m., depending on availability and any cleaning that needs to be done.  

Marie can welcome you until 8:00 p.m. After that, you’ll be charged 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)

You must vacate the house by 10:00 a.m. If you’d like to stay later in the day—and if it’s possible—feel free to ask (you’ll be charged 10 euros per hour)

Smokers are welcome, but please use the terrace!
