About this villa rental
Charming villa at the end of the nineteenth century, 50 m from the beach by private road. First floor: kitchen (dishwasher), living room with large screen TV and Netflix and Amazon video access, laundry room with washing machine, WC; floor 1: master bedroom with shower room; separate WC; floor 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Terrace sheltered from the wind and prying eyes. Private parking. Beach and board games available. Beds made on arrival and household linen provided.
The villa is close to shops (bakeries, mini-market, gas station, pharmacy, hairdressers...) and restaurants.
Lion sur Mer is a lively and pleasant seaside resort in the heart of the D-Day landing beaches. Mont St Michel at 1h30, Paris at 2h30.
Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Our animal friends are not accepted.

We stayed the week of 80th D-Day anniversary and couldn’t be more pleased. Caroline met us on arrival with a lovely gift box and showed us the house and how to access the beach. The home has clearly been recently renovated with all new appliances. We had what we needed for meals and the grocery store was a short walk away. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was cozy. We were a 45-60 minute drive from Omaha Beach and 1:45 from Mont-St-Michel. It is a wonderful place to explore Normandy from.

Wonderful holiday home, in a fantastic location, and so much to see and do that 2 weeks is not enough time. Hopefully we will be back sometime. Also very special thanks to our wonderful host Caroline who provides a thoughtful guide to the area and helped us book a restaurant for my daughters birthday. Merci beaucoup Caroline. Very high standard in every aspect. We really enjoyed staying here and completely recommend it. The neighbours were also very friendly.
