The welcoming chalet 'Armonia Res Albert' is located in San Giacomo Filippo, surrounded by nature, peaceful woods, and breathtaking Alpine scenery. This two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi. A crib and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. Outside, you’ll find a private garden and a barbecue area.
Just meters from the chalet, the Calidarium awaits: a serpentine stone hot tub from Valmalenco, set in a renovated old barn. The Calidarium is available only on request and for an extra fee.
To reach the chalet, the last few kilometers are along a private road for which a transit permit is provided. Parking is available roadside, followed by a short 5-minute walk along a path to the property. In winter, if there is snow or ice, staff will accompany you by snowmobile.
The town of Chiavenna is 8 km away (20 minutes by car) and holds the Touring Club Italia’s Orange Flag. The nearest supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shops are in Chiavenna.
Free street parking is available. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels and bed linens are included. The property follows recycling rules; further details are provided on site. Air conditioning is not currently available.
