In the centre of Madesimo, in a sunny position residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the skiing area, south facing position. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, hot tub, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Cook on request (extra). Pre-arrival grocery service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery, supermarket 100 m, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 180 m. Chair lift 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 150 m, cross country ski track 1.5 km, children's playground 150 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 45 km.
