Cavern Quarter apartments by The Castle Collection

We turned up about 5 hours early so I rang them to ask if we could leave our luggage somewhere safe and they were so accommodating. They said our room was ready early so we could go straight in. Perfect. We spoke to a couple of the staff who just happened to be there and they were really helpful too. Once in, the room was spotless and well turned out. We couldn't have asked for any more. Top marks all round. Would recommend and go again.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like or disagree with. We couldn't fault the ace.

We were in apartment #11 and it was very large and clean. Location was good with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Very secure building.

We had to request a fan during an exceptionally warm stay. There should be a fan provided.

Clean and spacious. Well equipped and secure. Good communication from the hosts and centrally located.

On Mathew Street so there is noise until late but not enough to spoil our stay. The apartment was very hot as we stayed during a heatwave so a fan would have been a bonus. The shower was spacious and is a walk in but one of our party has mobility issues and found it too slippery to use.

The position is superb and accommodation used to be luxury, not anymore

2 couples put in an apartment with only 1 bedroom with a door on and 1 wardrobe, 1 2 seater sofa and particularly clean either plus it was overlooking Matthew Street so extremely noisy and none of us got very sleep!! Paint chipped walls in dining area and a filthy towel left for us to use
