Good value location on Lake Como

Good value apartment with a nice view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and had all the appliances.

There will be a lot of road noise. There is paid public parking directly by the unit, but the parking specified for the apartment is a bit of a walk. You would need a car from this location because walking on the street is dangerous and most locations, including the ferry pier are a distance. There was one restaurant very close that is good.

Good price

The owner is very nice, easy to communicate with, and the apartment is very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, very clean and neat. The view is breathtaking, nearby it's a nice restaurant with good food and relaxing atmosphere. If you are traveling by car, it is a perfect location to visit the lake.

Wonderful and family friendly!

The location was very convenient to visit Varenna which was our main point of interest. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything a family needs for stay. We all enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely return if we visit this region.

Perfect part of the lake

The apartments location was great and it was very clean. I would recommend this part of Lake Como. Beautiful hiking and beaches. The apartment has a nicely stocked kitchen. We enjoyed going to an Italian grocery store and cooking. Lorenzo the host was super helpful and very accommodating. We hope to return and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for us as we had a car and it made a great base to explore. Apartment was as expected, clean and comfy beds. Varenna just up the road is a lovely little gem for lunch or dinner with sea views.

The flat has a nice view over the lake and the rooms are large. Host was quick to respond and arrive when checking in.

Good place to enjoy Lake Como

The apartment was very clean and the host is super nice. Good Italian coffee and Mocha Pot were already stocked so that was a delight! View from the loggia is nice and you can see the lake.

The bed in the living room, although comfortable, is still a sofa bed. Should be mentioned.

The apartment is very clean and with a great view over Lake Como. The apartment is ideal for a family with a child, but also only for adults. The city itself is very cute - lots of restaurants and amazing views. The owner is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend.

Villa near Como lake

The host was very helpful, made a chance to register early (was necessary for my trip) and even gave a free ride from train station (with my luggage) to the house. Villa is very close to the lake and beach (Grumo beach), 1 min and you can take a swim, a sun bath or a cocktail from the local bar (Spiaggia di Grumo). Villa has a big balcony open to the lake it was joy to have a cold drink and to watch lake up close from the balcony.

Accueil chaleureux et agréable L’emplacement au bord du lac et logement spacieux Plutôt bien équipé Ce logement offre un bon rapport qualité prix

Le bruit insupportable de la route et le fenêtre n’ont aucune isolation Le stationnement est compliqué et pas à proximité Le logement mériterait quelques aménagements basiques ( une patère pour 4 dans la salle de bain par exemple) La barre de douche cassée, des restes d’alimentation entamé encore dans le frigo à notre arrivée comme de la vaisselle sale encore dans le lave vaisselle Nous avons trouvé une table à repasser mais impossible de trouver le fer

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole con splendida vista sul Lago di Lecco

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza assolutamente fantastica in questo splendido appartamento affacciato sul Lago di Lecco a Lierna! L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole, super pulito perfetto per una famiglia come la nostra composta da 2 adulti e 3 bambini. Le due camere da letto sono ben arredate, con un letto matrimoniale , e il soggiorno con divano letto e un letto richiedibile singolo ha garantito a tutti il massimo comfort. La cucina completamente attrezzata ci ha permesso di preparare pasti in tutta comodità, mentre il doppio balcone con vista lago è stata il vero fiore all'occhiello: godersi il panorama mentre si sorseggia un caffè . L'appartamento dispone di ogni comfort, tra cui una splendida doccia, lavatrice e due TV a schermo piatto e tutti i beni di prima necessità (acqua, zucchero ,sale, asciugamani ,, bagnoschiuma ecc.) che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago e la possibilità di godersi momenti di relax e tranquillità in un contesto incantevole. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza rigenerante sul Lago di Lecco, tra natura, fantastiche viste e una location ideale per famiglie. Ci siamo trovati

Superbe séjour au lac de Lecco

L'accès au lac à proximité directe attention tout de même une route à traverser. La localisation idéale pour profiter pleinement des lacs de Lecco et Côme et des sites à visiter. Place de parking privative gratuite à proximité. Hôte très arrangeant et réactif.

Nous avons pu profiter du séjour que nous espérions , dans d excellentes conditions

Appartement très bien situé, vue sur le lac avec balcon depuis les deux chambres, nous avons passer un très bon séjour, petit port et plage à 50 m , gare à 1km comme le centre ville . L’accueil de Lorenzo a été très chaleureux il nous a parfaitement conseiller pour nos déplacements ( train, ferry) et toujours à notre écoute
