The property is cosy, everything worked well. The garden was fully enclosed for our dog. Kitchen was modern and spacious. Beds comfy.
Parking space is a little tight. We had to buy more toilet roll as only 2 were in the property and not enough for the week. We were left 1 bath towel each and it would have been nice to have another towel each as we were there for a week. The owners live above the property and we could hear footsteps in the evening.

The hosts were warm and friendly. After a long journey we appreciated the welcome tray and the updates by the hosts about entry. The property was very confortable, a new well equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. The conservatory was an added bonus used by all the family. Polgooth is everything you can wish for with a village shop and a lovely pub both within walking distance. I would recommend this property.

Quiet location was ideal, with village shop very well provisioned nearby. Local Polgooth Inn in walking distance serves excellent food including breakfasts.
Could be more easy chairs instead of large sofas.
