Friendly host, big rooms with one air conditioning, plenty of cosmetics in the bathroom. Literally in the center. Clean rooms with all needed kitchenware.
After a while with open windows there were tens of mosquitos! Literally 38 killed before first night.

modern with basic facilities but enough to enjoy!
newly renovated flat but it was humid inside and smells a bit damp. cleansers should give more attention to the cleaning aspect. also need a fresh paint to get rid off the damp smells.
